TRENCH COAT
It is made of waterproofed cotton fabric, and comes with button-fastening shoulder loops and a chin strap with an integrated collar.
The patches sewn on the right chest (shoulder) are called storm flaps and are designed to prevent rain from entering when the collar is all buttoned up.
